Awww.... crap.

This has been a difficult month for us. I mentioned a few weeks ago that we had a big surprise. Well, at the time, the surprise was that we were going to be moving back to Vegas. I was going to get a job selling toyotas. Right before I was to move, I got a job working for Summerhays Music. A local music store. My job is a Road Sales Rep. I go to local schools (over 30) and work with their band and orchestra teachers/students to get them good instruments and accessories and have them buy it from us.

Well, some of you know that we were expecting our 4th child in October. That was the 2nd big surprise. Well, we went in for a doctors appointment on the 17th of April and... no heartbeat. So Helen made the decision to have a D&C that afternoon. Basically it's a procedure where they vacuum everything out. Basically.

We were also trying to buy our first place. A townhouse in Payson (about 20 minutes south of Orem), 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, attached 2 car garage. Nice. So we left it to the bankers. All the loans we were offered would have left us with a mortgage of about $1000 a month... and... they were interest only. Now, $1000 a month is technically economically possible but... it would have been cutting things super tight. So, we decided to back out. Here's hoping we get our ernest money back.

Then today, Morgan was outside playing in our ash/soot from our tree/rubbish pile and burned herself. Fairly bad on her hands. She has second and possibly 1 3rd degree burn. IF one is a 3rd degree burn she'll have to get a skin graft and some physical therapy. We'll find out tomorrow how everything will look. She's fine. She cried for about an hour. They wrapped her up pretty good. Her arms look like Candycanes, with white gauze and red medical tape. She had pretty high spirits after we left the doctors. She got to pick some treats have some juice and we bought her, her very own ball. She was happy.

That leaves us with Ben's birthday party tomorrow. Cross your fingers that we can avoid any other tragedies.

We're ready to have April behind us and move on to an easier and happier may!
